Over 24 years of professional working experience as Project Manager and CEO in management and administration of hydropower projects and companies, construction supervision, expert assessment, advisory service, contract and claim management, scheduling and cost controlling for Consultants, Clients and Contractors in various countries.

A member of the French National Committee on Large Dams, he has forged a solid experience for 10 years by working on multiple design studies of large dams and hydropower plants at all design stages, from feasibility to construction, around the world. He has worked on various subjects such as complex hydraulic studies and numerical modeling, computation of dynamic and static behavior of structures by numerical methods, power and energy optimization, large structures design, hydroelectric schemes design, and project management. He has been involved in the development of the Sherlock tool and its application in various projects.

Experienced Project Director in the infrastructure industry. Skilled in Land Development, Water Resources Structures, Hydropower, Remote Sensing & GIS, Desktop Software Development, Hydrological and Hydraulic Modelling. Strong operations professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in water resources management from Middle East Technical University.
