The European Technology Chamber (EU Tech Chamber, or EUTECH) held an online panel on January 26, 2021 on “Collaboration in Future Mobility System.” A lively discussion, featuring Tractebel’s Charles-Edouard Delpierre, General Manager - Business Line Urban as keynote speaker, was conducted on how a carbon-neutral future in mobility can be achieved through new modes, new technology, new energy and new stakeholders.

Charles-Edouard was joined by notable panelists Phil Hall, CEO of Elemental, and Andreas Bieniok, Head of Business Development of Scheidt & Bachmann (Switzerland) GmbH. Florian von Tucher, Chairman of EU Tech Chamber (EUTEC), gave a comprehensive introduction of the EU Tech Chamber (EUTEC), and Chair of the EU Tech Chamber Mobility Council Janet Markus opened the webinar.

Charles-Edouard also shared the recent references of Tractebel in green mobility at urban/ cities scale, using the TracToZero tool.

The session proved to be highly informative and concluded with an animated and thought-provoking Q&A session.

“It was an honour and a pleasure to participate as keynote speaker in EUTECH’s virtual mobility event. Together with a fascinating panel of peers from around Europe, we addressed timely and emerging mobility issues and potential solutions. It was truly inspirational to learn about, discuss and debate exciting new possibilities on how countries can collaborate to move towards a carbon-neutral future.”
